Cancellation Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

There may be specific cancellation policies, depending on the tour or activity you choose – these will be displayed under the tour description. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellation, please email [email protected].

You can cancel your booking by following the instructions found below.

2. TYPES OF CANCELLATIONS

Free Cancellation 

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 36 hours before the experience’s start date/time.
  • If you cancel less than 36 hours before the experience’s start date/time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 36 hours before the experience’s start date/time will not be accepted.

Non-refundable 

These experiences are non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Moderate 

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Strict 

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • Any changes made less than 7 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-7 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

3. HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING

In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to one and half days (36 hours) before your activity – see above. 

We are in the process of implementing the ability to cancel your own bookings, but until then, simply send an email to [email protected] with your booking reference number. We will get back to you within 3 hours if you are able to cancel the booking.
