Starting Point: Hout Bay
Upon arrival in Hout Bay, you’ll be equipped with a state-of-the-art e-bike. These bikes are designed to make the challenging terrain of the Cape Peninsula accessible to all fitness levels. For those with a high degree of fitness, one battery will suffice for the day. If you prefer a more relaxed pace or have moderate fitness, you can hire a second battery to ensure you have ample power for the journey.
The Thrill of Chapman’s Peak Drive
Your first major highlight is the world-renowned Chapman’s Peak Drive. This spectacular route offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged coastline. The winding road hugs the cliffs, providing plenty of opportunities to stop and capture the stunning vistas.
